i’ve realized recently how truly blessed i am to be living the life i am. i’m thankful for this fantastic family to come home to, my best friends from high school, all of the friends i’ve gained in the past two years, and my newly acquired chi omega sisters and pledge class. i’m grateful for the people in my life now and the people that are no longer there, for both have taught me what’s truly important, and that is having love in your life. i’m thankful for the opportunity to go to college and gain an education. i’m thankful that i have a roof over my head, clothing on my body, and all the food i’m about to eat today. i’m grateful for the freedom of speech, religion, and everything else us americas are able to enjoy. overall, i’m thankful that i can spend this wonderful holiday surrounded by people that love and miss me. i absolutely adore going to college, but the feeling i get when i come home is what keeps me going and keeps me trying in school.
